Beogradski festival novih komunikacija B-link je inicijativa projekta O3ONE koji prikazuje i podržava sve kreativne i inovativne tendencije za delovanje u web okruženju, i to prvenstveno u oblastima eksperimentalnog umetničkog stvaralaštva, web dizajna i poslovanja na mreži.
Prvo izdanje Festivala je manifestacija koja će svojim karakterom uvesti beogradsku publiku u trenutno neke od najznačajnijih aspekata razvoja weba i najaviti budući međunarodni festival takmičarskog karaktera. Struktura ovogodišnjeg Festivala je revijalnog tipa i formirana je u okviru dve celine: biznis i umetnost. Obe celine biće praćene istorijskim pregledom razvoja Interneta, sa istaknutim događajima koji su tokom proteklih decenija oblikovali savremenu civilizaciju.
